We look for a scalable core technology or infrastructure that can be optimized for international expansion. We are interested in e-commerce, re-commerce and circular economy, fulfillment & logistics, warehouse automation and material-handling integrators, private-label/white-label manufacturing, and industrial IoT monitoring.
Geographic
Focusing on established small and medium businesses across Europe and North America with ambitions to enter new markets and further develop the company.
Ownership Structure & Exit
We take an active ownership stance with equity investment ideally around 50% or majority. We hold companies for the medium term of three to five years with a clear exit thesis defined at the entry.
